History

Our company was established in 2007. Originally we were called Interlakes Self Storage. In 2019 our name was changed to Cariboo Storage Solutions Ltd. as we are expanding beyond the Interlakes area and also extending our services to include transport and other storage-related resources that will be of convenience to you. We are proud to be a leading storage company in the South Cariboo.

Security

Our facility is equipped with 24-hour surveillance, a gated entrance, and a security fence that surrounds the entire property.
Keeping your belongings and keepsake treasures safe is our priority!

Access

Tenants are given their own unique PIN code for the entrance gate keypad that will enable immediate admission to the self storage facility.
Tenants can access their storage unit 24/7 year-round.

Lock & Key

We will supply you with a lock and key at no extra charge. Or, if you prefer, you can supply your own to safeguard your goods.

Pricing

All storage units are rented for the flat-rate price of $125.00 (plus tax) per month.

Lease Options

Our rental agreement is flexible to suit your needs. Both short-term / month-to-month or longer-term leases are welcome.

Deals / Discounts

Tenants who sign a one-year contract will receive one month free rent.

Billing

Tenants pre-pay in advance by cheque, e-transfer or cash. Your payment will be processed on the first day of every month. Late charges and NSF charges will apply if rent is not paid when due.

Tenancy Termination

Fixed-term tenancy ends when the tenant moves out as per the date noted on their contract. If you decide to stay longer, your tenancy continues on a month-to-month basis.

Month-to-month rolling contracts don't have a specific end date, so they 'roll on' unless you want the the contract to stop. It's easy to cancel. We ask that you give us at least one month's notice and the contract will effectively end on the final day of the noted calendar month.
